Will my application definitely be accepted?
No. Ready helps with file sizes, image dimensions and PDF pages. Your application may have other rules about the photo, documents or your eligibility. Always read the form’s instructions and check your files before uploading.
Where do I find the right sizes?
Look beside each upload button on your application form or in its instructions. Copy the maximum KB, width, height and page limit shown there. The numbers on this page are examples. Ready does not look up your form’s rules for you.
What if my file is still too large?
We show you which file needs attention and offer a way to check it again. For PDFs, you can choose a smaller image-based copy of up to 30 pages. This can remove searchable text and interactive features. Some files still cannot meet a very small target. A failed check or preparation does not use your free trial.
Can I change something after downloading?
Yes. You have seven days from the first successful preparation to correct your trial files. Downloading the same ZIP again from this page does not use another trial. Save a copy: your files are cleared when you reload or leave the page, and are not stored in your account.
Which files can I use?
Add JPG, PNG or WebP photos and signatures, and PDF documents. Your images are saved as JPGs. Password-protected or damaged PDFs may not work. Ready does not convert Word files, read text from scans or submit your application. Optional PDF size reduction creates image-based pages, so review the result and keep your originals.
